      Employees treated fairly well, however not enough room for advancement or professional development

      Pros

      Management has improved in many departments, though there is still work to be done with how employees are treated). Teleworking is great, however in many departments there are metrics that you need to meet in order to be 'rewarded' with work-from-home days. Employees should be allowed to work from home most days as opposed to 2-3 to remain competitive.

      Cons

      Not enough opportunity to move up in the company or professional development opportunities. Some of the benefits are lacking (very small reimbursement for education, no sick days, quarterly bonuses are small in comparison to similar companies, 401k is ok not great though).

      Pros

      Was recently asked to leave the company after several years. Was given a very fair package which included $$, placement service, etc. Difficult to leave but treated with respect.

      Too many jobs going off shore!!
