      Deltek is by far the best employer I've ever worked for

      Pros

      Been here 21 years. The company atmosphere is great - very supportive, very collaborative, great work/life balance. The managers are uniformly great - no overbearing, micro-managing here.

      Cons

      Honestly, the only one I can think of is you are not going to earn top dollar here. But the compensation is solid, we switched over to unlimited PTO, the health insurance is solid - overall, great company.

      Pros

      Deltek is a collaborative and innovative work environment and fairly easy to navigate cross-department and cross-level. Leaders - even at the exec level - are very approachable and easy to get along with. There are opportunities for advancement & continuing education/career development is encouraged. Most jobs here offer remote work options, which is great for work/life balance
