      Pros

      Very flexible work arrangements. Ability to take on and participate in new projects outside of your standard work load mostly at your discretion. You have the ability to dictate your professional growth.

      Cons

      Profits dictate job stability. Poorly chose to outsource client-facing roles, thus tarnishing customer service & company image. Too many managers & "decision-makers" trying to stir one pot.

      Pros

      I had the autonomy to set my own hours to get the job done for the client. I got to travel around the country, work with people in different industries, establish and maintain professional relationships and make new friends.

      Cons

      I realized that at the end of every quarter, based on your required utilization, you never knew if you would be employed for the next quarter.
