      Pros

      A real sense of team mentality. I don't feel like we're competing with colleagues or other departments. We're all working together to support each other.

      Cons

      At times Deltek can be a bit too conservative in it's projects.

The talented and inspiring colleagues I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with have consistently made the work environment supportive, engaging, and fulfilling. Throughout my tenure, I’ve felt valued and encouraged to grow professionally, thanks to the outstanding leadership and genuine camaraderie among team members. Deltek’s commitment to recognizing employees’ contributions and celebrating their achievements creates an atmosphere of appreciation that I’ve deeply valued. I’m truly grateful for the opportunities, support, and memorable experiences I’ve been fortunate to have here. I feel truly blessed to be part of such an incredible team—one that has, in many ways, become like a second family to me.

      As with any organization, there’s always room for growth. One area where I believe improvement could make a meaningful difference is in streamlining some of our internal processes, particularly those that have become outdated over time. Modernizing these processes would help enhance overall efficiency and also empower employees to focus more on impactful, strategic work
