- Amazing culture where people, from individual contributors to the C-suite, really live our values on a day-to-day basis - Getting more adventurous with impactful M&A decisions - Continuing to mature as a company and understanding that what got us to where we are now will not get us to where we want to be 1/3/5 years from now - Relentless focus on our niche of software for project-based businesses - So far a seamless transition from long-time CEO to our new CEO

- Challenging growth prospects in some of our markets (e.g., GovCon) - Slow and/or limited opportunities to advance through the ranks beyond the Director level, which causes us to lose talent - Occasionally silo'd behavior causes friction between functional groups and impacts customer experience - Pay feels below market in some areas
