      Pros

      Deltek has been awesome so far. The work-life balance is solid—I can actually unplug after hours, which is rare these days. Pay and benefits are really competitive, and I feel like the company genuinely cares about its people. What I appreciate most is the room to grow. There are real opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and move up. Plus, the team culture is super supportive, and leadership is approachable and encouraging.

      Cons

      Some teams move fast with tight deadlines, while others are more relaxed. It really depends on where you're placed.

      Pros

      - Work! from! Home! (Not everyone, probably 99% of folks) - You won't feel like a corporate slave, most of the time. Could be case-to-case basis, idk. =) - Laid-back atmosphere, but people are great at what they do - every other Friday, we get half the day off! More time for yourself, your family, or your on-going existential crisis!

      Cons

      merit increase / promotions - numbers could be a lot better (told you, it's a "balanced" experience. Guess we can't have everything. Or can we???)

      Pros

      - Remote First - Emphasis on Team Collaboration - Great People to work from top to bottom. - Fairly stable y/y revenue but growth is fair at best. - Benefits are great. - Good Software Development Practices but needs improvements

      Cons

      - Career growth is slow and you feel stuck at times. - Push for AI ( I understand there is a desire to adopt early but it comes with no assurance for how employees will be positively affected and starting the year with layoffs doesn't help this matter. May be an industry as a whole problem) - Salaries are not competitive for Canadian Market Let alone other US companies.
