Pros

Delviom is a small but growing business so as it continues grows, there will be more career opportunities available. The headquarters staff is readily available to answer any questions I've had. They value integrity and good work ethic.

Cons

Most of the employees work on site with the clients or at remote at home so you don't get to know everyone that works with you.

Pros

Total work-life balance. No pressure and no Micro Management. No extra working hours. You are the boss of your work just complete your tasks on time and stay happy. The VP and Director (Operations) are also very approachable.

Cons

None that I can think of.
