      Pros

      Remote work is great, travel is good, if you have a good Sr Manager, the work environment can be fun with little to no oversight. If you have an idea or process you want to implement, they will take it under review and apply it.

      Cons

      Achieving the KPIs is daunting. They do not make it easy. To achieve above and beyond is nearly impossible. All they will say in response is - "it's a part of you J O B". Career advancement plan is none. You have to carve out your own path and job hunt within the company,

      This was an incredible company 10 years ago. It thrived on being a big company with a family feel. There were annual get togethers, and you were proud to be apart of the organization. The last 3-4 years it’s been ran into the ground and they’ve turned internal stakeholders against each other. You will walk on egg shells every day of your life, because it’s not about the customer anymore, it’s about the bottom line. It’s sad.
