      Pros

      Dematic has very cool product. All the engineers and solution design team are nice.

      Cons

      Where do I start? Awful HR. Awful leadership. No training. Lose contracts everyday due to being 40+ million over competitors bid. No one knows each other on a personal level. They churn and burn you with insane expectations. Amazon group is overworked and treated like dirt. The pay is not worth this headache. They expect you to work when you have the flu. Don’t work here

      Pros

      The management groups that I have worked with at Dematic care about hearing from employees and making changes to improve employee satisfaction. Salary is competitive and benefits are pretty good (including parental leave and decent PTO). Training for most groups seems thorough and there is a culture of willingness to help and work together as a team.

      Cons

      Dematic seems a little behind on bringing new technology to market. It's a much larger org with strict processes that make it difficult to be agile in offering new solutions to customers. There are efforts to correct this, but it is slow going.

      Pros

      Became part of Dematic due to a merger. There are no Pros about this company.

      Cons

      Managers are dishonest, will steal your ideas, scream at you, throw you under a bus and be the 1st to run over you. Not all, but most of the employees are rude and will treat you like crap, especially if you were merged in from their much more successful competitor.
