-Great people to work with. -Leaders in a very exciting and high growth industry. -Nice office and great work/life balance.

Cons

-UK office location out in the sticks, -No real growth opportunities - the only way you can get promoted is if your boss retires/leaves etc -No training initiatives for professional certifications. -When I left there was a toxic culture of fear of the new UK MD

Growing Pains. Not ideal location for growth. Decentralised global structure hampers business size and efficiency. Project Execution needs to be improved.
