      If you're white you get it easy

      Cons

      They blacks not to talk to blacks and make sure that the white people do no hard work. White lady went to sleep and got caught and still has her job.

      Surrounded by very experienced and smart people. Most occasions pioneers of their respective field. Good culture, monthly BBQs, Monthly employee reward and social club activities.

      Cons

      Salary not as competitive to other competitors and industries. Training/mentorship is limited.
