Pros

- Good health benefits - that's it.

Cons

- Bigoted management who are not excepting of either minorities or LGBT community. - Employees who are demotivated by superiors that still use a "fear" style of management. - Management has a general disdain for Gen Y's. Most honestly believe they are all lazy and entitled - I heard this complaint from a number of managers there. - HR is clueless and still haven't learned after being under the radar of the federal government for poor hiring practices. A number of occasions in which I witnessed unethical practices. - There is a reason this company is hiring so much - they can't keep people there.

Thank you for your feedback. Over the last 12 months, Dematic has grown by over 100%. We are hiring so much because we are growing! Over the same timeframe, our turnover has been less than 4%, well below industry standards. We are excited about our growth and continue to look for fresh talent, especially within the Gen-Y group. Our hiring practices are in line with federal government standards and our Ethical Practices Policy Guidelines ensure that we strive for excellence while following ethical practices at all times.

The managment is very bad. They even make fun of my accent. they do not care about people. PMP is joke

Thank you for your feedback and suggestions for improvement. We acknowledge that we have struggled in the past with communications in our Regional Offices, as I’m sure any large organization has, and have been making efforts to resolve these issues. Human Resources has been conducting various Focus Groups at all locations to make sure our regional office employees have a voice with corporate policies and procedures. We have held various Management Training sessions to ensure all of our Management team is on the same page. As we continue to grow, we plan on increased training and communication from all levels of the company. I apologize that you did not feel that you had a voice and do wish you luck in your future endeavors.
