      If you are Mexican, good place to make money

      Good place to make money as Mexican Satisfying tasks to do if you like PLC They pay for hotel, flights, food

      Cons

      Not the best work-life balance, they don't respect your schedule 100% So many grey areas in the contract that they abuse of. Mostly with your time and with overtime.

      Lots of seasoned employees with a deep understanding of the industry

      Cons

      We once were able to get OT as salaried employees but that was removed in favor of larger bonuses. The OT was straight pay and you had to give up the first 10 hours in a 2 week pay period, but you had the potential to earn more than the bonus. Sometimes the OT was more and other times the bonus was more. I preferred the OT thought.
