Pros
I really enjoyed the people I worked with and the resources I had to work with in regard to software choice to complete a project or goal.
Cons
The downside of dematic is that you will always be so busy you won't have any time to do anything but work at dematic. I worked 3100-3300 hours a year for 5 years. They say it is 20% travel max, but that is totes a lie. I ended up traveling usually every weekend between March and October.
