Got to travel to other towns and countries for project commissioning. Opportunity to learn how supply chain works.
Cons
Too much politics and finger pointing due to overpromise and underdeliver when working on customer’s projects. Past due date stack if you are in software group. Toxic management with few exceptions. For young professionals - do not expect to make a career there, all the places are taken by seniors (seniority is defined strictly by number of loyal years in the company, not your experience and achievements). Salary is below the market average, almost impossible to get a raise.
