Pros

This is a wonderful company to work for, they have wonderful benefits and advocate for their employees.

Cons

They contract with remote camp sites on the slope for a lot of their positions. This is not a bad thing, but sometimes you can feel homesick. If this is not an issue, or you recognize that this is generally the worse issue - this is a great compay

I can say nothing positive about this company.

Cons

Worst management I have ever seen. If you are not a retired cop you will never promote. Favoritism runs rampant. No pay raises in three years. No training. STAY AWAY!
