Laughable Pay for the amount of work.

Pros

Good co workers. Many opportunities to meet new people since there is a revolving door of new employees. Lots of job openings because so many people quit.

Cons

Pay is almost criminal. Used to start at 12 an hour. Now starts at 14. Don't forget you will be doing the jobs for multiple people, because they are never fully staffed. Many employees leave for higher paying, similar jobs on the slope with better companies.

Best coworkers and managers I've ever worked for. Incredible work locations.

Cons

Company is anemic in contract negotiations, regularly undervalued by client. Poor pay compared to competitors.
