      Pros

      The opportunity to work in the field will significantly increase your experience in a short period of time. Positive work culture with an awesome group of employee's across all offices. Very supportive of professional development.

      Cons

      Travel can be demanding and unpredictable, but communicating with your department lead to get time off is crucial to finding that work/life balance.

      Pros

      Work experience is great, 95% of the people in my department is trying their best. Almost all the people I have worked with are nice, friendly and patient. a great place to be if you are just out of college, you can learn a lot through projects

      Cons

      a bit demanding, the schedule is very unpredictable. in other word, it is hard to find the life and work balance. you may get a call a day before for a month long travel project. if you are onsite, expect long hours every day. around 12 hr average

      Pros

      Tom Dennis. the founder of this company. He is truly a wonderful man who built a very well established engineering firm. Engineers are working hard. They are dedicated and very knowledgeable technically

      Cons

      Junior and Senior "partners". These are promoted Engineers and Project Managers but they have, in the majority but not everyone, zero Communication and People skills. They are very hungry people, some extremely rude, competing for a big piece of the cake and leaving crumbs to employees who report to them. Terrible place to work! Low morale. Once Tom Dennis leaves the company, this may become the Dennis Droop!
