      -Open PTO ( 14 days + holidays) Recommended to not use more then 14 days in the first year to help keep EOY bonus high. -2 "Bonus" a year (profit share (5%) / EOY 8-10%) - 5% 401K match (vested) -Travel reimbursed

      Cons

      -Vested 401k- lose any match if leave job earlier then 5 years. -10-15% travel requirements (roughly 36 days of the year) - Salary pay (No over time) -On site dealing with contractors, clients, and other teams. building site, high intensity.
