- Get to see Beginning thru End on most projects - Friendly Employees, Lifting Clubs, Flag Football in the Fall/Winter, Volley Ball in the Spring/Summer - Flex Vacation - Pay for half the parking

Cons

- Work tends to be busy for a few weeks then slow to a complete stop and pick up... plus side when slow, there are a ton of programs to keep learning.
