Poor management and leadership

Very diverse environment a lot of good people

Cons

The leadership management is worse and doesn’t know how to empower employees. They wouldn’t spend any penny on professional growth of employees neither would provide any benefit. They don’t have any Human Resource department only one person who is office manager handle all HR related issue. Leadership is crooked and doesn’t even know the meaning of leadership.

Amazing product and technology. Great team to work with. Equal opportunities for all team members. Opportunities to work with customers directly, that will help to improve your customer facing role. A fair management team that foresees the employee's goal to get aligned with company goals.

Not much, can be flexible in work hours and providing the work from home option
