Internal Promotions Snack Days on Thursday Open Door Management Paid Vacation Paid Benefits Employee Picnic/Holiday Parties Personable CEO Family atmosphere All around, pretty great!!

Cons

Could use a few more bodies. It's a relaxed atmosphere, some people might not like that in an office setting? Only has Employee recognition for individuals 4xs a year
