The supervisors and work environment are great. You have a flex schedule and can work from home when needed. Other colleagues really care about you.

Cons

It is a very difficult job and you must be determined and willing to work hard and on the job. Very low pay.

Personally, I love crisis work. Fast past, unpredictable, intense, and worth it.

Draining at times, you never know if you will be working past five, and you can feel the management stress.. ugh
