Pros

Great People to work with! Awesome community type feel. Employer always looking out for your personal health and well-being. Good start up job for any new RN. Do not get to perform as many nursing skills as you would like to being a new grad, but it's a nice change of pace compared to inpatient settings.

Cons

Lower Pay, Less hands on nursing skills

Pros

Being able to work independently

Cons

Lack of communication. Lack of necessary supplies. Pay is terrible. Many people quit within the first week after training. There is not enough recognition for employees who work hard. Ridiculous coverage issues- you won't always leave on time.
