      Pros

      Dentons offers a lot of flexibility in terms of locations where you can work. Hours are manageable. The firm is flexible with pro bono as creditable hours. Managing partners of DC and SF offices are incredible. Pays well!

      Cons

      Higher management of the whole firm could use improvement. There seems to be a lot of trust issues at senior associate or partner levels. There seems to be a lot of turnover as well.

      Practice areas varied greatly as did different partners, and could vary from working at a sweatshop to working in a good firm. The frequent mergers created branding problems.
