-Response to COVID-19 pandemic has been full support of all people from Staff to Lawyers, jobs have not been cut as a result of pandemic -Fanstastic office space in the Stantec Tower in Ice District, Downtown Edmonton -Employee Engagement and Staff Recognition initiatives run through the year -Comprehensive group health benefits paid for by the Firm; RRSP matching -Dentons is recognized as a top employer in many categories (young people, diversity) -Supportive of work-life balance and family life; Dentons has supports in place for mental health and employee and family assistance

Lawyers are nice in general aa compared some other firms.

Cons

Slow to take on flexible working hours changes, minority superiors are demanding and expecting to work beyond normal working hours and no proper channel to feedback (no p&c structure).
