Great global platform and the Atlanta office has an open-door, collegiate culture, which helps off-set the fact that you are working for a giant firm.

Cons

Firm management is not very communicative and does not seem to value associates.

Pros

Decent pay. Co-workers/staff are friendly. Work/life balance is excellent- they do not promote over time.

Cons

Attorney staff hierarchy, uncaring/bad management, very expensive medical benefits, HR or policy changes not communicated to staff effectively (communication is after the changes are made), firm cares more about growth (being the biggest and the best) rather than the employee, employees are not rewarded or acknowledged for hard work. High turnover rate. Staff leaves frequently or is terminated. No room for growth or advancement.
