This is a great company with a great culture. The upper management team is the strongest and most compassionate teams I have ever encountered. Promotion opportunities are based off of performance and not seniority. The company gives back in amazing ways, especially their involvement World Vision.

Cons

Retail hours can be challenging if having Saturdays, Sundays and holidays off is a must for you.

They have a terrific sales training program. They are super ethical, and committed to excellent customer service.

Cons

It's retail, so expect long hours, working every weekend and every holiday (other than Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter.)

Staff at Denver Mattress are wonderful at supporting your changing schedule!

Cons

While working in the warehouse there isn't anyway to adapt to a different vocation within Denver Mattress.

The warehouse position is a pretty specific position that doesn't offer other vocation opportunities, but you can train in sales and for the potential to advance into store management if that is a career path you desire.
