Pros

No experience necessary. You will learn everything you need to know. No degree...No problem. Nothing "given" to you... all things are earned. +Pay-You are rewarded for what you put into the job. +Promotions- You earn these and they are given to the deserving. Working with great people who share common core values and want to succeed. When you want to advance, your management will guide you not impede you. This is a career opportunity and takes hard work to advance. People who put in the effort will succeed. You will make life long friends and relationships.

Cons

Depending on your previous employment the hours may seem long. Normally, when staffed properly, managers average 45-50 hours per week with excellent compensation.

Pros

This company for my self and many others like me has been a major blessing. It has given me and my family the opportunity to enjoy a very comfortable life. My wife no longer has to work. Some of the bad reviews on this site for this career are simply one sided and are from ex FIRED employees. Of course they are disgruntled with the company. I have been promised lots of things like promotions of which I did take. Yes I did move for both my promotions but that also came with a $40,000.00 pay raise. Unbelievable pay of which has come true too. Who wouldn't like to make 60 to 100 K without a degree. Plus a great work environment which is true as well. To defend my employer. You are told about the opportunity to move and the hours and the benefits before you get hired. If you accept the career then be mad at yourself if things don't work out, since this is a performance based career.

Cons

The amount of stores that are being opened has slow a bit. This is in no way saying that you can't be promoted. You just need to be on your A game. The technology used is a bit dated as well. It does get the job done, but we are in an era that the employees we hire are used to new technology. Updating the system could potentially allow the Row to perform much more fluidly and efficiently.

Pros

Gave me a job when I nneded it

Cons

Read all reviews. I'm pretty sure that some of the excellent reviews are from upper management trying to make the jobs and company better than they are. 100% commission job. If there is a return they deduct your pay. Watch your back.
