We have an internal grievance system in place, which is outside management at any level, where employees can report abuses.       Denver mattress company is an amazing place to work that truly values their employees from the top down! Charlotte location has a top notch manager (Gabe Brown) with excellent sales training skills! Amazing manager to work for/ learn from whether it’s work or life related.

      Don’t really have any cons, if you’re a hard working, motivated individual who enjoys to come into work every day, it’s a great place to be
