Pros

When I look at this company/organization from what I have learned of the people who work here, culturally, I see this company as a strong fit.

Cons

I need to know that they measure and reward success, and that they value each individual employee’s contributions. I also would like to work for a workplace that has a viable business plan, so that I know I am helping the company succeed in both the short and long term

DPS offers several opportunities for professional growth to schools. DPS has an efficient system of student achievement via Teacher Portal.

Hostile work environment for new teachers due to lack of Professional Development offered and swift decisions to turnaround schools.
