      Pros

      For corporate level staff good pay.

      Cons

      Private equity focus so a do more with less attitude. Bonus criteria will never be satisfied so plan on getting less than 50% of it if you're lucky. Poor safety history. It seems like managers are fired after one to two years.

      Financially unstable company, they have been hiring people on and letting them go because they can't manage the amount of employees they have.
