Pros

Skin care education, fantastic managers, good sales support, good benefits, lots of incentives and contests to keep you motivated. Great headquarters.

Cons

Company is restructuring post acquisition by a larger company... the job security is not very stable. Not enough educators to support the field

Pros

I really enjoyed my job, what the company stands for, the products but the upper management needs some training on allowing their employees to have a work/life balance.

Cons

Not getting paid for a lot of the hours worked. Being a part time employee getting paid for roughly 20 hours per week but between calls, emails, texts and driving time working well over 40 hours per week. Also, having a traveling job where you are not getting paid mileage, gas or for time spent on the road.
