Pros

Super supportive staff and upper management. Lots of great perks like gratis, tips, and tons of education!

Cons

Weird hours, and required you to work weekends. Also, corporate is little far so getting there for training wasn't as easy as we had hoped.

Pros

Monthly product allocations, some really nice fellow employees. Training was good.

Cons

During training here at Dermalogica UK you are lead to believe company is amazingly supportive, there is room for growth & the company is organised. This was all a dream... Management is poor, no recognition for hard work & dedication and the staff are very cliquey.
