Lots of lovely people and very good staff discounts

Cons

There is a strong 'tribe' mentality however individual contribution is not welcomed. Although you will notice a lot of very long tenure there is no career progression and 'out of the box' thinking is not welcomed. Everyone working there has been in the same role forever while those that have the confidence to leave flourish as they have so much talent that was never recognised by management.
