good pay, good commission structure for this line of work, free products, reduced products, store discount, lots of training

Cons

was told in my interview they only promote from within, then hired a manager from outside the company who knew absolutely nothing! hard to progress due to lack of counters in England you would have to relocate to progress unless you lived in London, lack of communication with management
