Pros

products are very good a few great employees and managers

Cons

where to begin... a horrible, horrible group of managers for the most part. The few who are competent and not bullies are totally ostracized by the others and openly undermined. The GM is a nepo-baby hire, and totally disconnected to the reality of running her own office! In-team and inter-department fighting isn't just tolerated but encouraged! I've heard people be told their team "isn't their friends, you don't need to treat them nicely" by a director, and HR stamp their feet and get in personal space when arguing with someone. I've seen actual shouting and crying in the open-plan office and no-privacy all-glass meeting rooms during meetings. Upper management hold their own employees in open contempt. Retaliation is an open secret to complaining, through either public humiliation or freezing out. Multiple directors and managers be pushed out through this and scapegoated. They make people so miserable at work that they leave so they don't have to pay out. The turn over is shocking for a head office of a respected brand, I've seen bars with better retention! the pay is far below market average, they find every excuse to deny raises, bonuses, commission etc. "No budget" but somehow the company is having the best years yet, and can afford to send their senior staff to LA for all expenses paid trips. It sounds so soap opera but the only way to describe this is like that: they will promise people promotions, pay rises, or even base pay for a new hire, only to low ball at the last second, outright deny they ever made the promise, or keep pushing back saying you aren't achieving everything they asked by adding more requirements.
