      Nice building. Decent products. Awesome co workers in our department. Hybrid work schedule. Good pay. Awesome direct supervisor.

      Cons

      Definitely not trained thoroughly before being thrown on the phone. Wasn’t trained on a program/system because they were supposedly getting rid of it.. only to find out a month later they did an update of it. LOL. If it weren’t for my amazing neighboring coworkers I wouldn’t have even lasted the two months I was there before quitting.
