They call themselves a tribe and are definitely that, if you aren’t like them they treat you like an outsider.

Great for developing your knowledge, training is ongoing even as a level 4 qualified therapist, lovely staff

Cons

You need to be in the company a while before you pay increases, only one weekend off a month but this is normal for retail environments
