Terrible gossip environment, full of bullies

Pros

The office is close to many food shops for lunch

Cons

The worst place overall I have worked over my career. You will see people whispering constantly, HR spilling confidential employee information, and middle managers who bully other staff. There is no work life balance, you are expected to make this company your entire life or else face being fired. Turn over at the Toronto office is so quick and constant it is concerning. Consider working at Caudalie or Benefit Cosmetics in Toronto instead if you were considering the skincare industry. If you are a POC, do not work here for the sake of your mental health, there are no DEI initiatives in place.
