Pros

Awesome work environment, love working in the Corporate office building, some cool social events for employees, amazing products

Cons

Compensation seems to be under market rate for some positions. Top performers don't always feel valued or appreciated. They are treated the same as underperforming employees (especially when it comes to merit increases, etc). Underperforming employees who have been there a long time never get reprimanded. Need more transparency in regards to business strategy and company direction.

Has that small company "family" type of environment, but I can only speak for working at the office, not in the field.

Cons

Because it's a small company, there is a lot of favoritism and a lot of upper management is really only in position due to their long tenure within the organization, not for their ability to do the job well.
