Pros

My coworkers are kind, diverse, and eager to help whenever possible.

Cons

Upper management wants the world but doesn't provide the budget or resources necessary to do the job well. There is no structure or upward movement, so where you start is where you'll stay for many years despite anything you do to get a promotion. Unless you're a man. There are a lot of disheartened people at this company. You can feel it everywhere. It's a pretty standard corporate job with standard benefits, pay, opportunities for growth, and support. If you are excited about your work and want to be somewhere you can grow and be compensated accordingly, don't work here.

Pros

free ice cream at the office (ben and jerry's) and free product monthly

Cons

- CEO is way too involved (he has to approve copy and color of every single launch) and it creates a bottle neck (as he has to approve everything) and he changes his mind about launches whenever he feels, so the rest of the teams have to scramble to implement his whims. no one will stand up to him and the explanation "well the CEO said so" is not a good enough reason to not follow launch processes and create additional work for the employees, third party vendors, everyone. - cross-functional teams are quick to put responsibility/blame other teams - weird, cult-like mentality (actual quote from marketing - "we do such important work. we change lives."), i mean yes, people do make a living off the products we make but it's literally only face lotion, dude, chill out. - yearly raises are pathetic - no career growth or development
