Amazing products, great coworkers + direct managers, a fabulous founder, opportunities to learn / experience new departments.

Cons

Low salary compared to industry standard, small pay increases & bonuses - that don't match cost of living, promotions take a very long time. High turnover, you will be expected to absorb responsibilities without compensation or growth opportunities presented in exchange for added contributions. Upper leadership doesn't listen to department needs or individual employee needs to make the work place one where their employees thrive and feel valued.

really cool place to work. most of the team genuinely loves the brand and the customers are so loyal you feel like you’re making a difference in someone’s skin. plus free products!

Cons

leadership can be confusing. they wanted everyone back in office post covid, not flexible on working from home.
