If you like the brand name, and the office is nice

The UX "team" consisted of 1 person (manager) and I was hired on as an intern, I was only there for 4 days and had learned absolutely nothing, was told they expected someone with years of experience for this internship. HR was also a nightmare, and the most unprofessional experience I've ever had, when negotiating my offer, I had some questions and the lady yelled at me over the phone telling me I should be grateful that this is a paid internship and shouldn't be asking for more.

Horrible upper management, HR completely has dropped the ball on their leadership. They keep upper management in these positions that have numerous HR complaints, horrible work ethic and cause their employees to have mental anguish. Very poor poor team

Co-workers are awesome. Very kind and smart and patient people.

Cons

The team manager will micromanage. Pay is not great, and the raises are extremely low. Namely 1-3% for annual raises, and less than 10% for promotions.
