Competitive salaries and benefit packages are generous. An organization that lives and breathes health and wellness.

Pros

Environment, wages, people, and technology. Dr. Franklin looks at the big picture and pays attention to the details. This is now carried through from the board to the president to the rest of the employees.

Cons

Convincing people that change is good. Sometimes it seems as the clinic, academics and administration are siloed. A lot better than it used to be but there is still work to be done.

Pros

Covered parking, on-site cafe, Union wages, TIAA-CREF retirement with company matching funds, on-site wellness gym, underground tunnels between buildings.

Cons

Coworkers are not friendly, no elevator in the parking ramp, clinic facilities need remodel and paint and lighting changes. No opportunities to grow. You get stuck in your position.
