Pros
- Good technologies used, you will learn a lot - Decent benefits - If you are an immigrant, and do not have "Canadian experience" this is the place to be!
Cons
- No raises at ALL. I was there for 3 years and never got a raise. Every time I asked about it, I got excuses. I met a developer that worked here for 7 years with no raises. So be aware of this - Unprofessional language used by team leads. Too much cursing for my preference. - No room to grow within the company. The leaders in key positions have been there for years, and won't go away any time soon - Directors like to raise their voice when they talk to you. I complained, and that was not smart.
