      Company spends money when they see an investment that will improve profit. So we get to focus on things that make money and not pipe dreams.

      Cons

      Many offices in the B-C category so its not a very glamourous career life.

      The people are the best I've worked with and for. Super smart, hard working and committed, ethical, open & transparent come to mind just for starters. There are lots of opportunities fro growth, development and additional responsibility. We're fortunate to have amazing customers- super supportive and really happy for our success - who rely on our solutions every day. The level of customer focus and engagement is really good.

      Growth has its challenges and there our plans and actions to address most of these.
