Company not interested in giving salary increases, only in making acquisitions

Work-life balance is good Wfh Great work culture The employees and managers are all knowledgeable, good to work with and very helpful when called upon.

Cons

Employees have been subjected to a salary freeze due to the current economic situation. Employees were ok with the salary freeze until the CEO sent out a video talking about the current economic situation, not mentioning anything about employees salary freeze but kept stressing that we need more acquisitions and for employees to be on the lookout for companies we can acquire and to bring it to management's attention. So you have no money to give Employees a salary increase, but you have money to acquire more companies? I guess Employees don't come first for him. On top of the salary increase freeze, we have to see emails go around welcoming new hires and Employee promotions.

I enjoy working with understanding colleagues who support each other. We work calmly and effectively, always meeting deadlines without unnecessary pressure. Communication within the team and across international offices is very strong and positive.

Cons

The company provides only basic, standard benefits as required by local law. Unfortunately, there are no additional perks or incentives beyond these minimal requirements.
