Big Company Pains with Small Company Feel

Pros

Flexibility, friendly colleagues, solid company that isn't going anywhere.

Cons

Descartes acquires companies as part of their business model. At times it feels / seems that they acquire a company and move on to the next one without much focus on ensuring the company acquired has what they need to continue to grow and remain successful. Promotions/ career growth is not defined, although its a great office to come into everyday, ambitious people seeking to advance their career I feel will struggle.

Stay Away

Pros

Some of the tech they use is decent. Much of it is ancient.

Cons

Expect to be doing the job of multiple people for less pay than you are worth. Departments will rob talent from one another to meet goals, at the expense of the customer.
