Good place to start for junior candidates, opportunity to learn.

Cons

Very slow progress. Depend on position but almost same and reoccurring tasks which resulting in wrong mindset, potential people with no bright future. Due current company strategy not well organized environment. Sometimes terrible decisions for choosing right and correct tools.
